The 595U AirCard® USB Wireless modems are a new addition to the Sprint inventory of EVDO Connection cards. Packaged in a stylish, compact form factor, the AirCard 595U USB modem can either plug directly into any USB port, or can be connected via the included docking cradle. Compatible with both Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X operating systems, the AirCard USB modems offer customers an alternative to both PCMCIA and ExpressCard solutions. The AirCard 595U for EV-DO Revision A networks is scheduled to be available April, 2007.

Packaged with Sprint PCS Connection Manager (SM) Software for connectivity to the Sprint PCS Power VisionSM Network.

Mobile Broadband Capable:

With the evolution to EV-DO Revision A, users in markets where it is rolled out, will experience faster average download speeds of 450 – 800 kbps: and average upload speeds of 300 – 400 kbps.

Self-diagnostic tools, an intuitive “Go/Stop” button for network access, connection type switching (1X only or 1X/EV-DO modes) and a detailed Help File enhance the user experience.
